Really disappointing to have recived my order of boots today and to find out they are Manufactured in China. The website states about their West Yorkshire heritage and the Factory in Spen Valley town of Heckmondwike. It does however make a statement that they began producing overseas. So Tog 24, be clear on where your products are manufactured. Let your customer make an informed choice if they want to support British Made Goods or a totalitarian, authoritarian, dictatorship. Its not a difficult thing to do make the country of manufacture clear John

I bought both a mens 3-in-1 jacket for my uncle for his birthday and he absolutely loves it! I also bought a topaz coat which is amazing quality, nice big hood and i also ordered a size larger as i always wear a hoody or jumper underneath. Im usually a size 10 so ordered the size 12 and tried it on with a jumper on and it fits like a glove! Will definitely be buying from Tog24 again!

I really love the quality of Tog 24. Having compared waterproof shoes with all the “big” names, I can honestly say that my new waterproof Tog 24 walking shoes are an excellent example of good quality. A really amazing price too. Thank you for the quick dispatch and tracking too.

I have now had 2 tog 24 winter coats and on both the zips do not last long break too quickWill not buy another Tog 24 coat

Had a zip pull break after several years of use and customer support have sent me a new zip to replace it, nice to see in an era where buying a new thing is usually much easier than repairing, much appreciated.

I actually like the clothing but purchasing is nothing short of a nightmare. You can add things to your basket only to have them taken away at checkout OR your order completes but then you’re messaged a few days later to explain there was an ‘error on the system’ and your item isn’t available (not as unusual as they suggest- happened to me 3 times in 3 orders). I got my refund but that isn’t really the point. It seems this happens a lot. Sort out your interface Tog 24. It’s causing you to lose loyal customers.

Absolute rubbish service my jacket is not waterproof

Wow, the quality of this Tog 24 Feizor hooded softshell jacket is something else. For the price this jacket is a steal compared to some of the others I've tried. Postage is first class to. Will definitely be looking at other stuff from them in the future.

My wife gave me a Tog 24 shirt for Christmas (Norman). Never had a Tog24 shirt before but liked this one so much I thought I'd buy another. So, ordered one (Theo-133285) on the 1st January. However on the 5th January I was advised that it was now out of stock and that they would remove the advert from the website. As it appeared to be in stock (as it was again advertised) on the 15th January I reordered (Theo-140712). However, on the 18th January I was advised that they had again run out of stock and would remove from website. In both cases the money was refunded within a few days. Everyone can make a mistake but.........but to do it twice within such a short period does suggest their customer service is stretched. Gave an extra star because of the quality of the "Norman" shirt

Bought a coat for my son costing £112.50 last November and gave it to him for Christmas. After only about 6 times of wearing it the zip broke and the coat was sent off for repair. It was gone a couple of weeks and then returned. Unfortunately my son was in hospital by this time and not discharged til the summer. As it is a winter coat he started wearing it again in November and after about 6 wears the zip broke again! Once again a repair was undertaken (good job he kept his old, winter coat!) and after waiting for the coat to be returned for a couple of weeks, he wore the coat twice and the zip has broken again! We attempted to return it on Christmas Eve only to be told that the repair shop was now closed for Christmas and to bring it back on Tuesday 29th. This we did only to be told that the repair shop is closed until after the New year ?. We are still waiting and my son is still waiting for a winter coat. This is an appalling service for £112.50!!! DO NOT BUY A COAT FROM HERE!!!!

The lovely Vicky in the Skipton store was so helpful, warm and welcoming. She did all that she could to help which as a customer is what you like when shopping. She was lovely to speak too and just brilliant at her job! You can tell she spreads a lot of happiness and joy ? 100% recommend going Into this branch they look after you so well!! I've bought fleeces for myself and hubs as well as a jacket. All excellent quality and value for money. The delivery time was mega fast for no extra charge. Highly recommend.
